If you don't turn up without letting us know, the session is deducted from your pack.

If you arrive late, the treatment is adjusted to the booked time.
Terms
- You can change or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before.
- If you don't turn up or cancel with less notice, the centre may charge a cancellation fee for certain services.
- If you have a pack and don't turn up to your appointment, the session counts as used and is deducted from the pack. It is non-refundable.
- Punctuality matters: if you arrive late, the treatment is carried out within the booked time. A significant delay may be considered a no-show.
- If you attend your appointment or cancel in time, no fee is charged: you pay for your service when it's finished.

Cancellation fee
For certain services, the centre reserves the right to charge a fee if you don't turn up to your appointment or cancel late. Arriving late may be considered a no-show and it is the centre that decides whether the fee applies. If you arrive on time or cancel within the deadline, no fee is charged: you pay for your service when it's finished.
