Functional training with Nacho, in small groups with fixed schedules or in individual sessions. And if you want to go further, bundles with physiotherapy and an eating plan.

One to one, at the time of your choice, with a 100 % personal plan.
The centre is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. When you book you'll see the groups with places available.

How do I book an appointment?
Tap “Book an appointment” on any page: you'll see real availability and book in a minute, without leaving the website. You can also message us on WhatsApp at 624 432 535.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, up to 24 hours before and free of charge, from your booking or by messaging us. If you have a pack and don't turn up, the session is deducted. See the cancellation policy.
What does the first physiotherapy visit include?
An initial assessment of the area to be treated and a first treatment session tailored to you. It lasts 60 minutes and costs 40 €.
I don't know which facial treatment I need. What should I do?
Book the “Valoración facial + tratamiento personalizado”: we analyse your skin and apply the most suitable protocol in the same appointment.
Can I combine several services?
Yes, that's the whole idea of the centre. We have bundles that combine training, physiotherapy, nutrition and foot care, and when you book you can add more than one service.
How can I pay?
You pay at the centre when your service is finished. We accept cards.
